General Shipping Information

In-stock orders will be shipped in 48 hours to 72 hours from the order confirmation date. For out of stock orders the customers will be intimated about the time required to ship by an official email on the email id provided by them.

During times of heavy order volume there could be delays beyond 72 hours and the customers will be informed through email or mobile when they are despatched. Generally, all items on backorder or out of stock are marked as such on the site. All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. You will also be able to view your order status and tracking numbers in your account order history.

Shipping to Multiple Locations:

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address Changes:

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address on an order after it has been placed. If you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, please call us or write to us on the mentioned email id for the needful to be done.

Expedited Shipping:

We ship everything ground because of the nature of the product. It is very heavy and bulky and some carriers consider it a dangerous good. Therefore unfortunately Expedited, Air Freight, Express Delivery or Next Day Delivery is not something we can currently offer.

How long will it take for my package to arrive:

Most of our orders get delivered within a week to 10 business days or faster, however please note that it can take additional time depending on the stock situation for which the customers will be kept informed.
